Itinerary
Day 1Amman
It’ll be a short trip from the UK to Jordan’s capital Amman but the cultural shift will surprise you. You will receive a warm Jordanian welcome and be escorted to your hotel located at the heart of the city.
Day 2Amman - Jerash
The streets and souks of Amman are filled with treasures, old and new, the locals carry a gracious demeanor that never fails to charm and ancient ruins dating back to the Romans pop up at every stop. Amman and its bustling city life will surely sweep you off your feet as you’ll be directed to all the major spots. Speaking of which, the city of Jerash lies close, a mausoleum of Greco Roman architectural remains.
Day 3Amman-Nebo-Madaba-Shobak-Petra
Start early to embark on a road trip for the memory books. Take the Kings’ Highway and make pit stops at some of the most incredible sites in Jordan. Explore Mount Nebo, sacred grounds where once Moses stood to gaze upon the Promised Land. Marvel over the renowned mosaic map dating back to the 6th century citing the Holy Land in Madaba. Gaze upon the remains of the magnificent Shobak Castle as it still appears daunting perched upon the Royal Mountain before heading on to reach the final stop of your road trip, Petra.
Day 4Petra
One of the most iconic sites in Jordan, the Lost City of Petra created amidst the desert, carved impressively into rocks and featuring a state-of-the-art water conduit system, deserves your attention. Admire the remarkable feats of human architecture and be entranced by the rosy hues of the rocks as they radiate a mystical shimmer in the light of the setting sun. Let the local guide walk you through the Grand Treasury and enlighten you on the city’s history and its wise inhabitants. As the day dons to a close, get ready to feast on some Middle Eastern delicacies that will please all your senses.
Day 5Wadi Rum–Dead Sea
Don on your safari hat because it’s time to gear up for a wild ride as a 4 wheeler will take you into the Valley of the Moon to explore the unnatural landscape and aesthetically pleasing reddish-orange shades of Wadi Rum. Created by years of evolution, the Wadi features enormous sand dunes, canyons, gorges, cliffs, towering rock formations, and an incredible collection of Petroglyphs that offer great insight into the way civilizations evolved and utilized alphabets. Once you have had your fill of the desert adventure, we will steer you straight to the Dead Sea.
Day 6Dead Sea
Worldly acknowledged for its therapeutic powers, this natural phenomenon boosts mineral rich waters and dark mud that offers healing benefits and cures. You can surely test the belief out and reward yourself with some spa time. Relax in the water and let the miraculous water work its magic on you.
Day 7Dead Sea – UK
After a relaxing day at the Dead Sea, it’s time to catch your flight and head home.
