Normally you will get to share a room with another traveler of the same gender but in some cases, you will get the option of a single supplement. Moreover, if you are not comfortable with sharing a room let us know in advance so we can work things out.
We make sure not to overcrowd our spaces and tend to create tours for a good group of 10-12 people leaving space to adjust along the way. This ensures individual attention and better care of all.
The minimum age for a majority of our trips is 12 however adult supervision is compulsory. With more adventurous trails the age limit is 18. You can bring young kids on family trips but do check the trip manual before making any plans.

If you have any special dietary needs or allergies that need attention, let us know in advance so we can make arrangements beforehand. We will try our best to ensure your needs get addressed accordingly however this may be difficult to manage in some distant places but not to fret as we will notify you of all options available.
With limited coverage and the possibility of an out-of-the-way terrain, we cannot guarantee how well certain features of your mobile will work on our trip. You can get assistance from your phone service provider prior to traveling or you can grab a local sim card once you land.
Travel with a credit card, an ATM card, or a special cash card issued by the bank so if one doesn’t work you always have a second option at hand. Visa Cards and preferred Master Cards if you wish to withdraw money.
We would love to help arrange flights, get connected with our people for an air quote. But as our group members come in from around the world we can’t include international airfares in our packages.
It is best to consult with an agent or the company that processes your visa. We, unfortunately, cannot help with this process as visa requirements vary with different nationalities and destinations.
Where we make sure you are informed of all the latest health-related travel guidelines, your personal physician can assist you with in-depth insight as to all the precautions or cares you need to make prior to travel.
It is hard for us to give you a confirmed list of all the places from start to finish before day 1 of travel but rest assured if your family and friends wish to contact you they can call our helpline numbers. You can also email them the complete list as soon as you receive it.
In hot areas, you will be facilitated with a fan or air-conditioner and during winter spells we will surely keep you cozy. But as much as we would love to give you the royal treatment, in certain remote and distant areas, we expect you to understand that our access to facilities would be limited.
It is definitely not advised to join or leave a tour midway but if circumstances insist this please be informed that you will be responsible for all arrangements made once you decide to leave the tour.
At an additional cost, we can make arrangements for your arrival but our tours do not cater to airport transfers. It is best to book a taxi from the airport.
Even though for certain trips we will offer private transportation but we believe the real adventure lies in endorsing the true taste of the place when you get a chance to mingle with the locals. Public transport is preferred during travels so you get the interaction you desired.
In many places that you travel to, tipping your host or local guide may not be compulsory but customary and in accordance with the local culture so make sure you consult your group leader on the matter.
If you are traveling with medicine that needs to be refrigerated like Insulin etc be sure to inform us in advance as we cannot guarantee that every spot we make will provide us access to freezers.
Traveling to exciting destinations has its risks and no matter how efficient we are at keeping your belongings safe, you can get conned by the locals. Make sure you travel with insurance and a crafty lock on your bag.
