Itinerary
Day 1UK – Amman
Once you land in Jordan, your driver will escort you to one of the finest hotels in the city, centrally located to allow you easy access to adjacent areas if you wish to explore the streets during your leisure hours.
Day 2Amman-Jerash-Dead Sea-Amman
Start early to make it into ancient Jerash and be amazed by the grand structures left behind by the Romans. Travel from this archaeological site to the miraculous waters of the Dead Sea. You will find its atmosphere captivating and its effects enchanting. Relax and take comfort in the mineral-rich waters. Float like a log, taking in all the serenity that surrounds you, and lather some therapeutic mud for a beauty treatment that will surely leave you impressed. Head back to Amman as the day dawns to a close.
Day 3Amman-Karak-Petra
Today is all about covering the maximum ground so start the trip on the right foot. First, you’ll head to Mount Nebo, learn its sacred history and view the artifacts displayed at the site. Then you’re off to Madaba to explore this City of Mosaics dating back to both Byzantine and Umayyad periods. Next stop at the Castle of Karak which still upholds its grandeur and stature atop a mighty hill. From here the road leads to your final destination for the day, the famed city of Petra.
Day 4Petra
Treat yourself to a healthy breakfast and get ready to hike and explore this marvel of human ingeniousness and craftsmanship. Carved in the heart of red rocks, the charismatic city of Petra offers insight into the lives and ways of the ancient Nabateans. Follow your guide through the Siq that opens out to reveal the iconic gates of Petra’s famous treasury where you can visit in the night, paying an optional fee to be part of the candle ritual that illuminates the site.
Day 5Little Petra - Wadi Rum
Begin by visiting adjacent monuments and burial grounds before heading out on your 4X4 safari into Wadi Rum, known for its picturesque yet unfamiliar landscape, its orange hues, and its vast desert spread, this Wadi offers the perfect adventure treat for the eager traveler. Head out to the camping site and enjoy the flavors of a traditional Bedouin meal under the night sky.
Day 6Wadi Rum – Aqaba
